Fulfilment
All items are printed to order. Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfilment may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Times by Region
- United States & Canada (Domestic): Standard/Flat rate: 3–4 business days. Express: 1–3 business days.
- International from US & Canada: Standard: 5–20 business days. Standard DDP (Canada only): 3–5 business days. Express: 1–3 business days.
- Europe: Standard: 5–20 business days. Standard DDP (UK only): 3–7 business days. Express: 1–3 business days.
These timeframes refer to transit time after fulfilment. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend allowing an additional 5 business days beyond the maximum estimate before contacting us about a late order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Sample flat rates for a single t‑shirt: US $4.75, UK £4.59, Canada $8.29. Final costs are displayed at checkout. Upgraded or express options will have higher rates.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders may be split into multiple shipments if items are produced at different facilities. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double‑check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship from fulfilment centers closest to your delivery address when possible to minimize fees.
Prices do not include VAT or sales tax. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties required by their country.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package, shipping fees will not be refunded.
