๐ Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners across the US, Canada and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you to reduce transit time and emissions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and fulfilled in 2โ5 business days. Delivery time depends on your region:
- US & Canada (domestic): 3โ4 business days (standard) or 1โ3 business days (express).
- International from US & Canada: 5โ20 business days.
- Europe & UK: 5โ20 business days (standard), 3โ7 business days (Standard DDP โ UK only) or 1โ3 business days (express).
How do I track my order?
Youโll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $60 or more ship free, to every country we ship to. Below that, a flat rate by destination is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
Whatโs your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to send anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If the size is wrong, we exchange it once per order, free, and you keep the first one. Every product page has a size guide with flat garment measurements. Because each piece is printed after you order it, we do not refund orders for change of mind.
How do I submit a return or exchange request?
Email us at info@printelier.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, or the size you need. No return shipping, no forms. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Are your products unisex?
Many of our designs are meant for all genders. Please check the product description and size chart for details.
What materials do you use?
We use highโquality fabrics and ecoโfriendly inks to ensure durability and comfort. Each product listing includes a materials section with specific details.
How should I care for my print?
To keep your garment looking its best, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry whenever possible. Avoid bleach and high heat.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Production usually starts within a few hours of your order, and once it has started we cannot cancel or edit it. If you need to change something, email us immediately and we will do our best.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Tap Payments. Please allow up to 10ย business days for the credit to appear.
