🚞 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners across the US, Canada and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you to reduce transit time and emissions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and fulfilled in 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your region:
- US & Canada (domestic): 3–4 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express).
- International from US & Canada: 5–20 business days.
- Europe & UK: 5–20 business days (standard), 3–7 business days (Standard DDP – UK only) or 1–3 business days (express).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
As our products are made just for you, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns due to size or color preference. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
How do I submit a return or exchange request?
Email us at info@printelier.store with your order number, details of the issue, and photo evidence of any defects. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Are your products unisex?
Many of our designs are meant for all genders. Please check the product description and size chart for details.
What materials do you use?
We use high‑quality fabrics and eco‑friendly inks to ensure durability and comfort. Each product listing includes a materials section with specific details.
How should I care for my print?
To keep your garment looking its best, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry whenever possible. Avoid bleach and high heat.
💳 Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun. After that, we begin processing and cannot cancel.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Tap Payments. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
