Printelier.Store ("we", "us") is a print-on-demand apparel store. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from printelier.store, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest — if anything is unclear, email us at info@printelier.store.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if you give one), the items you bought, and payment details. Payment card numbers never reach us — they are handled directly by Shopify Payments and the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal or Shop Pay).
When you browse: standard device information such as your IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages you view and how you got to them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and, once we run ads, advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Google (see "Cookies" below).
When you contact us or leave a review: whatever you send us — your message, your review text and any photo you attach.
How we use it
To print and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer your questions, handle returns and exchanges under our 30-day guarantee, and detect fraud. With your consent (or where the law allows it), we also send marketing emails — a welcome note, a reminder if you left something in your cart, and occasional new-design drops. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional emails about your order are sent regardless.
We use browsing data in aggregate to understand which designs and pages work, and to measure and improve advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services needed to run the store:
Shopify — hosts our store, processes payments and stores your account and order data. Shopify's privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Printful — prints and ships your order. Printful receives your name, shipping address, email and the items ordered so it can produce and deliver them from the nearest facility (US, Europe or elsewhere). Printful's privacy policy: printful.com/policies/privacy.
Carriers — the postal service or courier that delivers your parcel receives your name, address and phone number.
Email, reviews and analytics tools — Shopify Email (our marketing emails), EasyReviews (product reviews), Google Analytics and, when active, Meta and TikTok advertising tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security), analytics cookies (Shopify analytics, Google Analytics) and, when advertising is running, marketing cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store still works, but the cart may not remember you between visits. Where required by law, we show a cookie banner so you can choose which categories to allow.
International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States, Europe and other regions, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the equivalent safeguards used by Shopify and Printful.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes (typically up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each tool, generally 14–26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. We honour these requests for all customers, wherever you are. Email info@printelier.store and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
AI-generated images
Some product and marketing images on this store feature AI-generated brand characters rather than real people. They are labelled as such. No real customer's likeness is used in our marketing without written permission.
Changes
We may update this policy as the store and the law change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised; material changes will be announced on this page.
