Summary
Because every item is printed to order, we only accept returns and exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (such as wrong size or change of mind) and cannot cancel orders once production has started.
Made‑to‑Order Production
All Printelier products are produced on demand. This reduces waste and allows us to offer a wide range of designs. Please double‑check sizing guides and product descriptions before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns for different sizes, colors, or change of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us at info@printelier.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the problem. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, according to your preference.
Return Address
Return shipments are handled by our fulfilment partner. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions after your return is approved. Do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we begin production shortly after you place your order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@printelier.store and we will do our best to help, but we cannot promise that changes will be possible.
Refunds
Once we process your approved return or confirm a defect, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs and any customs duties are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not offer store credit.
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards, custom or personalised items, or items marked as final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
